You may have noticed it's been a while since I've last blogged...

  • Started a new (part-time) job, which I like a lot, but that sometimes takes up a good 10 hours per day...
  • There's been a lot of shows I've done lately with other bands...
  • Am pretty sure i'm going to continue on w/ music in a different way...

Add to all this the fact that the ADAT machines stopped working again.  This time the BRC LCD display virtually melted into a series of nonsense characters, spaces.... Luckily I'd just finished song #7 when it happened.

So while I've been awaiting the appearance of fixed ADATs, I've been focusing on a lot of other things lately.  It feels good to be taking a break, but I can also see around mid-Sept. being back up and running again...

And at that point I *should* be able to finish the last 3 songs (recording and mixing)! But considering that it's taking me on average 1-month per song, then that means it'll be a little while until the last 3 songs are done...
